Its content is to praise the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, praise the homeland, the country's innovation...

This is an activity to celebrate the 83rd anniversary of the traditional Day of the Vietnamese Elderly ( June 6). The festival also contributes to improving the quality of activities of the City Elderly Association, creating conditions for members to interact, aiming for the goal of "living happily and healthily".
