Obstructing litigation activities is fined up to 80 million vnd

The Ordinance on Sanctioning of Administrative Violations for Acts of Obstructing Legal Procedures (Ordinance) consists of 4 chapters and 48 articles; come into effect from September 1, 2022. Accordingly, the maximum fine for each act of obstructing legal proceedings of an individual is VND 40 million and an organization is VND 80 million.
