Disseminate, thoroughly grasp and organize the implementation of Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP dated April 17, 2023 of the Government

1. Provincial information and press agencies

Set aside space and time to enhance propaganda and dissemination of the provisions of Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP; ensuring information safety and security and relevant legal regulations on personal data protection in press publications, radio and television channels in order to propagate to businesses and the entire people know and do it.

2. People's Committees of districts and cities

Direct specialized units at district and commune levels to strengthen information and propaganda work on radio systems at the district and commune level, propaganda on electronic information websites and other appropriate forms of the locality regulations of Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP; ensure safety, information security and relevant legal regulations on personal data protection to propagate to businesses and all people to know and implement.

3. Thai Nguyen Provincial Post Office, VNPT Thai Nguyen, Viettel Thai Nguyen, Mobifone Thai Nguyen

Units having activities of collecting and processing personal data conduct an overall review and classify the personal data collected and being processed, thereby determining the corresponding protection responsibilities for each type of personal data as prescribed in Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP. Review and evaluate the process of collecting and processing personal data and propose to promulgate management measures appropriate to the scale and level of personal data processing of agencies and units; Strictly handle acts of illegally transferring personal data and buying and selling personal data.
