Implement a pilot organization of teaching foreign language for workers in industrial parks in Thai Nguyen province

- Organize pilot 03 classes of teaching Korean, Chinese, each class has no more than 30 students.

+ Time to organize pilot class: in 2023.

+ Content to support class organization: Cost of hall, electricity, water, materials, lecturer remuneration, travel costs for lecturers, service costs, class organization and other related costs (if any).

+ 100% of employees participating in foreign language training and fostering (according to registration) complete the training and fostering program.

- Strive to have about 30% of workers participating in foreign language training and fostering reach level A1 (equivalent to Level 1, 6-level foreign language competency framework for Vietnam issued with Circular No. 01/ 2014/TT-BGDDT dated January 24, 2014 of the Minister of Education and Training).
