Order of implementation: Foreign agencies and organizations in Vietnam, foreign delegations visiting Vietnam at the invitation of ministries, local branches or other Vietnamese state agencies wishing to organize meetings Newspapers in localities other than Hanoi shall send dossiers to provincial-level People's Committees at least 02 working days before the press conference.

For foreign representative missions, the application shall be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for notification.

Objects of implementation: Organization (excluding enterprises, cooperatives)

Implementing agency: Department of Information and Communications

Competent authority: Chairman of the provincial People's level Committee

- Place of receiving dossiers and returning results of administrative procedures: Thai Nguyen Provincial Public Administration Service Center Address: number 17, Doi Can Street, Trung Vuong Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province

Requirements for execution:

- The content of the press conference must conform to the content approved by the state management agency in charge of the press, in case there is no written response, it must be true to the content notified to the state management agency in charge of the press.
